Feature

  • Program homes for founders, mentors and members are now to-do lists (This week, Needs you, commitments and takeaways), and a Deliverables tab lists everything a company owes, open, overdue and done, with waive and accept late for staff
  • Weekly check-ins: a check-in builder with starter templates, heart, NPS and scale questions, digests and alerts, a Monday email with reminders, and a staff board in a new Check-ins tab. Staff can move a cohort and its pulse, update requests and surveys onto it
  • Founders can answer a missed check-in week late, and an expired check-in link offers to email a fresh one
  • Founder Goals: objectives and key results with progress inside the weekly check-in, mentor and staff views, and alerts when a goal goes off course
  • Program feedback is part of the weekly check-in: founders rate sessions, speakers and mentors, staff set a rating rule for each team member, and results show by company in saved, shareable reports, with program KPIs and a health strip for staff
  • Submissions tracker: every founder by week across check-ins, updates, assignments and goals, with Remind (limits and a log), and imports that bring past weeks in from a spreadsheet with review, commit and undo
  • Weekly pitch video: a check-in question that records or uploads a video, plays in place, builds a timeline per company and can be used for Demo Day

  • Import applications from CSV or Excel with results row by row and past scores in a closed round; imported applicants are never emailed unless staff choose to
  • Company health: one badge with its reason on every company, a staff override, and a cohort cockpit on the staff home

  • Program reports for progress and the applicant pool, with saved versions, share links, a number-checked summary, and PDF, slides and Excel downloads

  • Company pages show facts with their sources and alumni, and you can follow a company for a weekly digest
  • One Cmd+K palette everywhere: pages, actions, program weeks, sessions, asks and applications, Book a mentor, and a keyboard shortcuts sheet (press ?)
  • Find your own contacts and shared organization contacts from Cmd+K by asking in plain words, with a line showing where each result came from
  • Search your network in two speeds: quick results first, then Go deeper for a fuller search (2 credits), plus a finder for who can refer you to a company

  • Choose which of your email addresses each organization uses
  • Settings > Developer: personal API keys for your contacts, notes and reminders, with rotation and revocation, and outgoing webhooks
  • Admins and moderators of a private community can approve or decline requests to join, and the person who asked hears back either way
  • Community leaders choose whether someone whose request to join was declined can ask again: never, after a waiting period, or any time
  • Leave a community from its menu; the creator and the last admin stay so the community always has someone in charge
  • Download a document as Word or PowerPoint, alongside Print and PDF
  • Import contacts from any CSV file: map the columns, see sample values, choose how duplicates are handled, and each imported contact shows a CSV badge
  • Let Claude or ChatGPT read your network: create an access token for an AI assistant in Settings, and revoke it at any time
  • Paste notes from any meeting into the Meetings tab: Titen finds who was there, when it was and the action items, and logs the meeting on each contact
  • Write a post once, schedule it on your social calendar, and delete your own posts later; posts go to your Titen feed
  • Program cycles: set objectives for a cycle, run review sessions where every company meets mentors, and record mentor commitments
  • At an event, mark yourself on site, see who else is here, say whether you are free to meet, and hosts can run quick intro rounds

Improvement

  • Mentor ratings use one Rate dialog on the 5 or 10 point scale your organization picked, every mentor card shows the same rating, mentors can hold several roles, and mentors can refer another mentor
  • Curriculum opens on the current week with each week status, marks work that closed unsent as Missed, and gives staff outline, schedule and submissions views
  • Asks are threads with replies, staff can send an ask to the right person and the founder marks it resolved; mentor matching weighs the needs of a company against the areas of each mentor
  • Alumni keep their portal when a cohort is completed and move to monthly updates
  • Program surveys can be announced, reminded, repeated and edited, with new question types and templates
  • Channels get their own role permissions (create, manage, announce, moderate), and program channels open inside Comms
  • Graph view in organization shared contacts draws a map of who knows whom, with the hub list beside it
  • Fundraise Desk: organization desks live under Network, programs get a pipeline view, and founders choose what their program can see
  • RSVPs: attendees answer for themselves, hosts confirm, and auto-confirm events confirm right away
  • Large communities open their member list fast: members load a page at a time with the true total, and the Pending and engagement filters run on the server
  • Explain this score: what makes up a relationship score, why, what would raise it, and its 12-month history
  • Relationship strength shows as one score bar everywhere, with its trend, where it ranks in your network, and a breakdown you can open
  • Your network map draws up to 5,000 people and loads fast for large networks
  • On a desktop, switch your network map to 3D
  • Synced contacts can be archived and restored instead of deleted, and imported contacts get reminders, stars and activity logging
  • Duplicate review adds Not the same person, dismissals that stay dismissed, a merge preview with a pick for each field, and a merge history where any merge or unlink can be undone
  • On a phone, swipe or long-press rows in messages and notifications, and the back button closes the open panel; paid actions show their credit cost
  • Research credits: a personal wallet card, an option to use your own credits first, and organization pools with allotments and a ledger
  • Notifications can be snoozed, archived, grouped and handled in bulk, with keyboard shortcuts and a level for each thread
  • A new look: clearer navigation with grouped sections and phone tab bars, a larger minimum text size, sentence case, consistent status colors and charts, and better dark mode and high contrast
  • Editors save as you type with a quiet Saved note, and Undo replaces most confirm dialogs
  • When a new version is ready you get a Reload prompt instead of a surprise reload, and the app recovers from a blank page after an update
  • Accessibility fixes across the app toward WCAG 2.2 AA
  • A Pro plan you were given shows on the Plan page with the date it ends and a way to subscribe
  • Notification settings are one panel: choose in-app, email and push for each kind of notification
  • Organizations set channel rules: who can create channels, announcement-only channels, slow mode, pinned messages and how long messages are kept

Fix

  • Event and RSVP reminders wait for your organization quiet hours instead of being skipped, and ticket counts stay accurate
  • Sharing a LinkedIn import with your organization no longer times out and includes updated contacts, and a dropped file keeps the import scope you picked
  • Warm introductions to a company save again
  • Password reset works across tabs, sign-in explains expired links and offers a 6-digit code, and links in emails use the Titen address
  • Removing a member from a community works, and says so plainly when it cannot
  • Accepting a community invite works again, and an invite to a private community opens a page where you can accept or decline it
  • Creating an organization channel, adding co-hosts to an event and creating an event calendar work again
  • Registering for an event no longer shows an error when the confirmation email cannot be delivered
  • A Pro plan you were given, such as a referral trial, unlocks Pro features in the app right away
